ENTRANCE CONDITIONS for the HERITAGE TROPHY

  
  1. Each entry must consist of no more than five pages.
  2. A ‘page” should be standard exhibition-size, having a maximum size of 283mm high x 230mm wide, to enable the display to fit into standard exhibition display cases. Note that this is smaller than standard A4 size.
  3. Each entry must be based on the theme for the year, which is determined by the TSC at the beginning of each year, and posted on this website.
  4. Entry is limited to members of those registered stamp clubs which take a table at the TSC Stamp Day.
  5. Any page which has previously been a part of an entry which won a silver (or higher) award at a State (or higher) competition is ineligible.
  6. A scan of each page (at 300dpi) must be sent to TSC by September 30, so that judging can be carried out in advance. The actual pages must be available for display at TSC's Stamp Day.
